- We shall prepare application to RBI and email
you for your singature.
- You shall download it, sign it and send it to
us.
- We shall file it with the RBI to obtain the
permission.

- On your request, to prepare Power of Attorney
we shall send you a draft of the relevant information.
- We shall prepare the Power of Attorney and e-mail
you.
- You shall download it, sign it before a Notary
Public or before Authorized Officer of Indian
Consulate.
- You shall forward us the same for the purpose
of affixing the stamp duty in India.
- We shall register the same with Registration
Authorities.
- We shall send the Registered Power of Attorney
to the Authorised Person in India.
